In the past, various backing material have been used for stabilising thin meshed, wide meshed, stretch fabrics, hoisery etc. kind of materials for giving dimensional stability and tautness to the mother fabric for embroidery. These backing material include non woven fabrics, tissue paper, heat shrink films etc. All these materials have an adverse effect on the environment as well as in certain cases to human beings.
 
   
Advantages of Water Soluble Film  
  • Our water soluble film is deep embossed and therefore resists the climatic humidity variances and therefore lays flat for a longer period of time.
  • Our deep embossed water soluble film fuses with the fabric by the process of hot steam ironing as well as moisturising, as it activates itself in a matter of seconds. This ensures that there is no air gap between the backing material and the face fabric.
  • Our deep embossed water soluble film has inbuilt softeners and surface active agents which add to the quality of the embroidered fabric after washing. It literally acts as a detergent having softeners.
  • Our deep embossed water soluble film will curtail the need for the extra manpower needed to tear tissue papers or the non woven and shall keep the environment healthy and workers hygiene and safety shall be maintained.
  • The future in backing material is water soluble Film, having a feel of fabric. Our deep embossed water soluble film is cold water soluble film and dissolves within 60 seconds in following water, and give softness to fabric which improve the quality of embrodered fabric after washing
